How It
Works

Onboarding

Once the proposal is approved, it’s time to get onboarded! You’ll receive a link to a shared project folder where you’ll find your design contract and invoice. A deposit of the first 50% of the project fee is due up front, and the second 50% at project sign off.

Revised Design

You’ll receive a revised brand presentation document with all of your edits in place. At this stage the designs should be in great shape, with one more opportunity to make any final tweaks.

Intro Call

If we seem like a good fit, we’ll schedule a quick 15 minute intro call! This is a chance for us to connect face to face to discuss your project in more detail. I’ll ask a few more in depth questions about your brand, and get a better sense of the project scope.

Mood Boards

I’ll provide 2-3 mood boards to help steer the visual direction of the project. These mood boards will serve as a north star for the general look and feel of the brand. You’ll sign off on your favorite direction, and include any additional thoughts you might have for me.

Final Tweaks

You’ll receive another revised brand presentation with all final tweaks in place. At this stage your brand should be looking sharp as a tack, with everything to your liking. (Want to keep revising? No problem! Additional revisions may be added to your package at this stage.)

Project Proposal

I’ll send over a customized project proposal which will lay out all details of the project including deliverables, timeline, budget, etc.

Brand Design

Off to the races! Based on everything I’ve gathered from our intro call and mood boards, I’ll start working some design magic. You’ll receive a brand presentation that you can comment on directly for all feedback. Hang tight, as creating the first draft tends to be the longest stage of the process!

Offboarding

Once all designs are signed off on, the second half of your project fee is due. After the invoice is fulfilled, your shared project folder will be populated with all final assets exported, organized, and ready for launch!
