IT ALL WORK?
INQUIRY
Fill out the form on my inquiry page to connect with me! This form will give me a broad sense of the project and help me learn what some of your design goals look like.
INTRO CALL
If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll schedule a quick intro call! This is a chance for us to connect face to face and talk through your project in more detail.
PROPOSAL
Following our call I’ll send over a custom proposal which will lay out all projects details such as deliverables, timeline, budget, etc.
ONBOARDING
Once the proposal is approved, it’s time to get onboarded! You’ll receive a link to a shared project folder where you’ll find your design contract and invoice. The first half of your project fee is due at this time.
QUESTIONNAIRE
Before diving into design, you’ll fill out a questionnaire that will help me gather even more information about your brand, such as brand voice, target audience, competitors, etc.
MOOD BOARDS
I’ll provide 2-3 mood boards to help guide the visual direction of the project. You’ll sign off on your favorite direction and include any additional thoughts you might have for me.
BRAND DESIGN
Off to the races! Using everything I’ve gathered, I’ll begin developing your brand direction. You’ll receive a brand presentation with the first round of designs to review. (Hang tight, as this is usually the longest stage of the process!)
REVISIONS
I’ll take a look at any comments left for me on the first draft and come up with a revised design. You’ll receive an updated brand presentation with all of your edits in place.
FINAL TWEAKS
One last round of edits! You’ll receive a final brand presentation with all of your final tweaks in place. At this stage your brand should be looking sharp as a tack, with everything adjusted to your liking. (Want to keep revising? No problem! Additional revisions may be added to your package at this stage.)
OFFBOARDING
Once all designs are signed off on, the second half of your project fee is due. After the invoice is fulfilled, your shared project folder will be populated with all final assets exported, organized, and ready for launch!
